If you contact us via our website contact form we collect your name, email and phone number. This information is captured initially on Squarespace.org. Squarespace.org host our website. When you send a message via the website contact form we are alerted via email that you have contacted us. Your information is then transferred to our Gmail accounts. We store your information on our GMail for as long as is required for the purposes of responding to your contact message.

Note: Gmail is an email service supported by Google.

Information about website visitors

We collect information from our website visitors which is anonymous, meaning you cannot be personally identified from this data. This information includes:

  • The type of web browser you use

  • Your language preference

  • Referral information – this means information about which site you came from when you visited our site.

  • The date of your visit

  • How long you spent on the site

  • Which pages you visited

1.2 Why do we collect this information?

We collect your name, email and phone number to enable us to respond effectively to your message. We collect your phone number in case we are unable to reach you via email.

Information about website visitors

On our website we provide a live twitter feed of our account for Dot Project (@dotprojectcoop). In future we may include additional social media feeds such as Instagram.

We may retweet interesting or relevant tweets from your Twitter feed but we will not intentionally retweet offensive tweets or tweets containing sensitive or personal data.
